Bill has been involved as a full time real estate professional since the spring of 2007.  Licensed as a sales representative, appraiser and auctioneer, his time is spent serving clients with their agricultural and commercial buying, selling and appraisal needs.  In addition to real estate, Bill offers professional auction services for your farm land, real estate, farm and construction machinery, or business liquidation.  

Bill has over 25 years of sales and customer service experience.  Communication and keeping the client informed is a top priority of Bill’s.  He is customer focused and strives to accomplish the agreed upon objectives.  He is a graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato, and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree with majors in Finance and Management, and minor in Economics.  Bill is a lifetime resident of the Mankato area.
