Doug Wedel is an Auctioneer licensed in the State of Minnesota and is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. He is a partner in Auctioneer Alley of Auction America, an auction company with offices in Fairmont, Sherburn and Jackson, Minnesota. Auctioneer Alley holds or is involved with between 200 to 250 auctions per year of all types, including farmland, machinery, antiques, household and residential real estate.

Doug has also fulfilled all the education and requirements to be a Cerified Residential Real Property Appraiser with an appraiser license number of #20001136. Land Services Unlimited, Inc. does approximately 300 appraisals per year, concentrating on farmland, building sites and farm machinery. In addition, Land Services Unlimited, Inc. lists and sells real estate with the emphasis on rural property.

Doug is a life long resident of Martin County, Minnesota. He lives on a family farm west of Fairmont with his wife, Lisa, and children. Doug farms approximately 800 acres; owning two of the farms he is operating.
