Pal Eisenmenger
John (Pal) Eisenmenger is a resident of Fairmont, Minnesota, having owned and operated the Dodge dealership there for many years. John is also a farm real estate owner in Watonwan and Martin Counties and manages his own farms and commercial property.
In October of 1978, he became associated with Land Services Unlimited, Inc., specializing in the sales of acreages and agricultural land. He has been a court appointed conservator and special conservator for several large estates with farm real estate to manage. He has done many appraisals of farm land and commercial property, is a member of many civic organizations, is on a local bank’s Board of Directors, and, having been in business for himself, is well known in the entire area. He has been involved in doing many appraisals for both the condemning and the condemned party and has testified in condemnation hearings and court cases on numerous cases. He has completed the following courses: “Principles of Real Estate Appraisal”, “Practice of Real Estate Appraisal”, “Farm and Land Appraisal”, “Commercial Investment Appraisal”, conducted by the Lincoln Graduate Center, and “Principles of Rural Appraising”, conducted by the University of Minnesota.
